liquid Silicone Rubber (RTV) is a type of silicone rubber made from a two-component system and is widely used for mould making products which requires greater dimensional stability. RTV will cure sufficiently at Room Temperature with a catalyst consisting of either platinum or a tin compound such as dibutyltin dilaurate. Applications embrace low-temperature over-molding, creating molds for reproducing, and lens applications for a few optically clear grades.
• Shorter curing time
• Lower Viscosity
• Excellent thermal stability
• High stability and flexibility at low temperature
• Ease of Operation
• Suitable to make molds of strictly measured, complicated products.
